Essentially, Utmost Designs has established a policy not to level an ongoing monthly service charge (as do many other Website companies today). We had always expressed a one-time, hourly fee when we were asked to do work beyond the original design. Most of our sites include content management, so you only pay one-time for the design and development (no monthly serve charge). The cost we impose is expressed in the type of site you want. See Standard, E-Commerce, or Personal. There are outside costs for hosting and domain usage, however, these are not our charges.
